Wendy Busch
Wendy Busch is a Melbourne based artist who completed the Master of Fine Art program at RMIT in 2013. Her current work is an exploration of the anxiety and psychological tension involved in self perception.
I have used oil and enamel to construct a series of paintings, to explore feelings of alienation and psychological tension involved in human subjectivity.
I have incorporated flat colour, geometry and the textural application of paint in order to isolate a solitary figure in space. The project draws upon personal feelings of uncertainty and apprehension, which can be experienced during the process of self-analysis.
